The HGTV show “Love It Or List It” helps homeowners decide whether to renovate their home or sell it to accommodate their family’s changing needs. My friends at the Sherborn Lions Club invited me to participate in our very own version of this show in a Q&A presentation at their November meeting.
I’ll be teamed up with Eric Gilmore of Gilmore Building Company, Inc., who’ll speak about how to make your home adapt to your long-term needs. As a residential builder, Eric can speak about the latest trends in home renovation and share creative ways to make your home work as your needs change. After that, I’ll share ideas on getting the most value when you sell your home. We’ll be happy to field homeowners’ questions during this interactive session.
The public is invited to attend. Tickets are $25 per person, including dinner and an interactive discussion beginning at 6:30pm. Please RSVP to by November 12.
