While some sites like Realtor.com and Trulia allow you to do general home searches, the Boston MLS makes it easy to really fine tune your search, allowing you to:
* Include/exclude home features, such as a pool, air conditioning, etc.
* Receive updates on homes for sale with the home styles you prefer
* Search by any keyword or keywords you like, such as “in-law suite”
* Locate homes with special features, such as waterfront property or equestrian home
* Find homes that meet specific criteria such as handicapped access or first floor master bedroom
