Boston MLS improves home search

The Boston area MLS just made a major improvement to its home search capabilities. Until today, when a homeowner received an accepted offer on their home, their listing agent was allowed to keep the listing in an \"active\" status to continue to look for backup offers. The problem? Although the listing did include a notation that the home had an accepted offer, this information didn\'t get filtered through to sites such as Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, and others that the Boston MLS syndicates its home listings to.
